Qi offers a wide range of yoga, pilates and meditation classes tailored to suit your needs, alongside many of Sydney's most professional natural health professionals in all mainstream treatments.

Qi Natural Therapies & Yoga aims to provide everything to help you transform your health and your life under one roof (well two roofs actually as we have two centres!) Our goal is to provide easy access to classes and practitioners in a beautiful environment. Come and see us soon!

Yoga at Qi: we offer a wide variety of drop-in Yoga classes, courses and workshops for every level of experience and ability. Beginners are welcome at any time. We keep our classes small, safe and personal. You will enjoy close supervision from our highly-trained teachers. You will find a balance of relaxing and energizing classes with an emphasis on relaxation and the authentic integration of the many disciplines of yoga in most classes. (NB: We do not heat the room like some yoga styles.)

Natural Health: Qi practitioners are available 7 days per week at our centres in Manly and Freshwater
