I very sceptically accepted Kerry’s offer to use a Scenar device on my aching back. I was frankly amazed at the relief I experienced as nothing – physiotherapists, pain killers and the like had any appreciable effect on the pain I had been suffering for a couple of weeks. I admit I had some misgivings about the cost of the device but it has proved to be the best investment I have ever made. Since then I have also bought some adhesive pads which enable me to attach the device in hard to reach places. My Scenar has been a godsend, not only for me but also for my 83 year old husband. We are plagued with the usual aches and pains common to folks of an advanced age (I am 77) but we no longer reach for the painkillers – Scenar is quicker and more efficient. I would recommend Scenar to anyone in need of pain relief. Give it a go – you have nothing to lose but your pain.

During 2008 over four months I was put into hospital with vertigo three times. The fourth time that I was admitted was for a terrible sickness, very nauseated all the time, and could not eat. I spent three weeks in hospital having tests done. All showed that nothing was wrong to cause the sickness. In that time I got very depressed as well as agoraphobic. They sent me to a psychiatrist and I was told I needed mental illness treatment as it was all in my mind. I knew that I had something wrong with me and it was not just in my mind. They sent me home being just as sick as when I went into hospital. After two weeks at home I could hardly stay out of bed or see anyone. My son who had a heart operation was still having chest pains eighteen months after the operation but the doctor said he was OK. He read about Scenar therapy in a newspaper and decided to give it a go. He got good results and immediately phoned my daughter to get me to have this treatment. After a few visits I started to eat again, got myself out and doing my own shopping and mixing with people again. How happy I was that my son found out about Scenar. I also have arthritis and nerve pain in the head and got relief with the treatment. Whatever I had, Scenar helped me where the doctors could not. Buying an energy blanket (multi-layer therapy blanket) was the best investment I have ever made. At first I used it twice a day for about an hour at a time but now, 3months later, I find once a day is sufficient--usually after lunch. My first reaction to the blanket was an intense feeling of being nurtured and secure, so much so that I really looked forward to my twice daily sessions. The feeling hasn't changed over time but my stamina has improved dramatically. It's also a wonderful way to do meditation. I really feel that having the energy blanket to use on a regular basis has helped intensify the effects of the Scenar treatments. After 3 months of combined treatment my Rheumatoid Arthritis appears to be in remission and the pain greatly diminished. I no longer need to wear wrist supports and finger joints are almost back to normal. Recently I sprained my ankle quite severely and luckily had my energy blanket with me. I could really notice a difference each time I wrapped my foot, and firmly believe that the blanket has contributed to the healing, along with herbal ointments and elevation. On the hottest of days I have no problems using the blanket for up to an hour at a time---it seems to keep my body at a comfortable temperature. In the early stages of use, when I was having a tough time with pain and debilitation, I did sleep in the blanket a few nights and certainly felt better for it. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this product--it has given me a great deal of comfort, helped restore energy that was sadly depleted, lessened painful episodes, and made it much easier to achieve a peaceful meditative state.
