What is Feng Shui?

Feng Shui literally means ‘wind & water’; the wind is the ‘chi’ (energy) and the water is the representation of harnessing the flow of the ‘chi’ to bring harmony and balance. Feng Shui is an ancient Chinese Art and Science of placement to better enhance and increase balance, harmony, health and prosperity within our living and working environments. There are many schools of Feng Shui and the benefits are numerous. Some of those schools of Feng Shui are a mathematical science and there can be an analytical process involved. It is also a well known fact, that 95% of the Asian population in China, Singapore, Malaysia and other Asian countries, believe that it is sheer folly NOT to have a Feng Shui consultation. They call in a Master for just about everything, opening a business, moving into a home, getting engaged or married, buying a new home or business. You only have to look at the enormous growth and wealth of these countries to realize that there must be something in it. Australia and other Western countries are beginning to take Feng Shui on board; even the corporate world is taking it seriously with major banks calling in Masters of Feng Shui.

Our approach is practical, realistic and made simple. My passion is Feng Shui and I adore it; to make a difference in another person’s life is an awesome feeling and so very rewarding. To get the opportunity to share that with other people, clients and students is even better still. Recently I went along to an introduction course into Feng Shui facilitated by Michele Castle. I really only went along to support a friend as I had previously been overwhelmed by all things Feng Shui. What an amazing day we had. Finally this stuff started to make sense. After a significant life event, my house was no longer my home. It was a cavern of trapped memories. I literally moved into the garage, unwilling to change anything. I have attended The International House of Feng Shuis courses and found them to be most enjoyable. We had a fantastic venue, plenty of breaks with great food. There was no traffic or parking problems which took the stress out. We were provided with detailed notes, allowing us to listen to Sharon. Sharon went through the course step by step and was giving of her time and patience. You were given individual attention and we used examples of our own home, which was very beneficial. Country & Interstate Classes. Due to The International House of Feng Shui traveling all over Australia doing Consultations, Seminars and Guest Speaking, we can incorporate teaching Feng Shui Courses at the same time. All enquiries welcome. Weekend Courses. Each course is held over 2 days and occurs over a weekend. This means that for the majority, you dont have to take time off work or have a week away from home and have to worry about doing the juggling act. Payment Options. To make it affordable for you, The International House of Feng Shui offers different payment options and rates. Support. We offer you heaps of support and encouragement before, during and after the Courses. Students are encouraged to contact me should they have any concerns or need clarification on anything they have been taught in class. It makes all the difference to your confidence and the progress of your Feng Shui journey is a lot easier. Everything is Included. There are no extras, everything is included along with bonuses so that you do not have to pay out for anything else and you will be able to proceed with practicing what you have learnt. Lots of Notes. The notes that are included are numerous, very comprehensive and detailed with copies of charts, house mapping examples for you to be able to follow and go back over time whenever you wish to revise. Easy Learning. You are taken through each section step-by-step to ensure that you have an understanding as you go along; rather than feeling left behind. For some reason I have been able to simplify most of the different Schools of Feng Shui. We all learn at different levels and we all have different ways of learning. Learning should be FUN!! Hands on Learning. The course is designed so that you are learning in a hands on environment and you work on your own or your familys charts. It is my experience that when a person is working on something that is personally relevant to them then they absorb it better and faster. It is also more interesting and enjoyable for you, the student. Regular Courses. There is usually a course being held on a monthly basis. By having courses on a regular basis, you can go at your own pace and work your way through to the different Levels as it suits YOU! Questions are encouraged and there are plenty of opportunities for clarification. I have always loved teaching and it is my belief that knowledge is not a possession for a person to own exclusively, it should be shared or the art/tradition/custom is lost forever. Get Your Own Group Together. Why not get your own group of people together. If you have enough family, friends or colleagues that are also interested in learning Feng Shui we can arrange to put a class together just for your group. Flexible Learning Options. We understand that everyone learns differently; some prefer being in a group situation and some prefer one on one. So with this in mind we offer you the choice of being taught either way. All classes are kept to a maximum of 8 students only This allows people to feel more comfortable and for you to have the attention that you so richly deserve. You will also have the opportunity of attending as a Revision student later on at a reduced price.
